Thanks East Coast. No photoshop fruit freshener required with the salad. Believe it or not the untouched photos are taken with our simple point-and-shoot Canon SD500. It looks so delicious. The photography on this page is outstanding too; I can't tell if the fruit is really that fresh or if you sprinkled some magic photoshop fruit freshener on the salad:) - it's really spectacular though (and ginormous).
