i am a non cooking type of gal, and these were easy to make!

I made these with a couple of modifications based on my families likes and dislikes and they are now the favorite cookie of the house. Absolutely delicious!! My changes were simple … coconut instead of raisins and all chocolate chips instead of using the peanut butter chips. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Chuck, you are definitely a BUSY guy! But when you do cook, all your dishes are amazing!
I’m not much a dessert person, but these cookies make my day! I’m all over them! OK, so here’s the deal, when we finally meet up one day, I’m requesting a dozen of these…please!
