Looks so bright and cheery! I love the idea and plan to give it a shot once peppers come back in season here. Oddly enough I’m running a Carnival of Recipes tomorrow on my blog about restaurant recreations – hope you don’t mind if I add you to it?

BTW, you weren’t impressed with Greens? I’ve only been there once (it’s quite a trek from Philadelphia, after all) but thought it was amazing. Perhaps I got lucky? Still, next time I’m out in SF, I’ll be sure to journey up to Ubuntu. Thanks for the recommendation.

I’m closing my eyes & imagining how good this would taste–yum! Finding burrata would definitely be a treat on its own! Especially liked the photo of the cut meyer lemon–just gorgeous.
