Question: have you ever had mooncakes or more specifically, attempted to make them? A girl brought them into a class that I am taking the other day and they were delicious. The one I tried had a very mild peanut butter flavor on the inside. I'd like to try and make them mysefl but the recipes I found online aren't that great.
